Baja Sur events April 14-24: War Zone Los Cabos, Eco Expo Todos Santos, Be You Tiful, GastroVino Festival

War zone on April 17th is a race with military obstacles, the 2016 edition will be made by Fox Gotcha Cabos Army with support from the Institute of Sport in Los Cabos and the city of Los Cabos.

The Eco Expo in Todos Santos on April 22 is a super fun gathering of environmental and community groups engaged in conserving, preserving and protecting the natural beauty, bounty and health of Baja California Sur.

Sarahuaro Foundation invites you to their yearly fundraising event also on April 22 in Casa Kokomo in San Jose, the Be YOU (tiful) fashion show to celebrate women, who they are and their beauty. 20 models of all ages will feature the creations and designs of Pepita's Magic of the Moon with Pepita’s signature explosion of colors.The event includes a delicious selection of appetizers and snacks, loads of fun, and a feel-good vibe for helping out! Raffle tickets will be sold during the runway for different items including gift certificates, jewelry and artwork.

The main festival is in the town plaza on Sunday, April 24, with wine-pairing dinners on the preceding nights.
The GastroVino is a wonderful celebration of the food and wines of Baja California – and you get to indulge in plenty of both! It’s a great opportunity to get to know local chefs from Todos Santos (and their food) and wine makers from Baja’s Valle de Guadalupe wine-growing region (and their wines). Terrific live music performances throughout the day. It’s fabulous!
